なんだか、教材作成当初の自分が、とても初初しいといいますか.. めっちゃ緊張してるといいますか.. (^^;;

。だからボイスツイート始めようと思います #英語学習 pic.twitter.com/UwOyCFy6Z8

Sorry for everyone. It's just a test for tweeting by voice. Many people prefer to study English with a Native Speaker, you know.
But, I think, we are in a similar situation derived from English education systems in Japan, so, we basically have less opportunity to input English words and sentences by ear, and by sound.
I think, for us, the most important step, important first step, is just to input English words by sound, and by ear regardless of Native or non-native speakers. I think we can't catch English words because we forget to do this step: input English word by sound.
And, I think, In many cases, Native pronunciation is super far from our image and understanding. So, sometimes, learning of Native pronunciation might be not helpful to input English words by sound. Of course, it depends on your English level.
I will tweet by voice with a movie, at least, once per day. How do you think?
Please use it for learning English words by sound by ear. thank you

僕の経験上、#リスニング 上達しない人は、音で #英語学習 できてない場合が多いかなと思います。ネイティブ発音でなく単に「音から英単語を引き出す」のが苦手なのかも

僕はガチガチ日本発音なので、あなたの英単語の音入力が十分なら、僕のトークで聞き取れるはず。ちょっと不安ならここから(^^) pic.twitter.com/L5JwHymHFF

Can you hear me? How are you, everyone. Sorry, I already drunk, but, importantly, alcohol makes my English more fluent. No worries, No problem.
Today, I wanna introduce me by myself, so it’s a self-introduction.
I am Ph.D.KKK, also know as U-raku, a researcher in the laboratory at the University of Padova. I started to work there 2 years ago.
As you know, my pronunciation of English is not good, but still improving. However, generally, no need for perfect pronunciation and perfect grammar in the actual communication using English.
Why? The answer is super-simple. Please imagine foreigners speaking Japanese.
Do they have perfect grammar? No. They have perfect pronunciation? No. But, we can catch the meaning of them because we are highly and deeply understanding Japanese.
If we talk in poor English or using just simple words not sentences, No worries. They can understand it.
And importantly, when we meet foreigners speaking poor Japanese, we don't recognize them as foolish. we are just impressed with it, right?
Similarly, foreigners are also impressed with our poor English. WHY? because We are not a native speaker of English!
Even If we mistake in grammar, they can catch the original meaning… usually.. unfortunately, I think it’s not absolutely I think.
Take home message is: Don't be hesitant to stay with English.
Ok. Thank you. Best

「イタリアと日本の働き方の違い」について、日本発音、けれどそれなりに高速で喋ってます。自分のリスニング高速翻訳レベルが測れます。
目下、あなたの #リスニング 課題が「ネイティブ発音の理解」か「高速リスニング翻訳」なのか、ちょっと試してみませんか?#英語勉強 pic.twitter.com/Mnu3J1h2zp

Can you hear me? OK.
Today’s topic is differences in work motivation between Italy and Japan.
I am now working in Italy, and then I realized Japanese people work harder and harder without any rest in the day. It is sometimes a super nice point, I think. If I get the electricity issue in my house, some technicians will arrive soon to repair it.
It's Amazing!! But, I guess, You don’t agree with my comment. because you think it’s usual, isn’t it? Unfortunately, it is not usual in Italy.
In Italy, basically, people work just for money or/and for the quality of life.
Thus, Generally, They prefer to talk with their friends or families even if in the working time.
So, sometimes they ignore the calling from customers because they are in the coffee time after lunch. And in Italy, almost technicians take a rest in the weekend. So, If you call them on the weekend for your house issue, They will visit your house after the weekend, on the next Monday.
In addition, I can show you another interesting example. Anytime, in Japan, we need some reasons to go back home on time, correct? But In Italy, it is the completely opposite. Many people require us a specific reason if you wanna work until late time. It’s Italian working style.
OK. Thank you for your attention. See you next time.

随時原稿も公開していきますが.. 英語リーディング脳の人は、英文を見た途端、文字から高速翻訳してしまうので、原稿を確認しながらのリスニングは個人的にはオススメしてません。ある程度、日本発音での英語リスニングで、耳からの高速リスニング翻訳力を高めてから、原稿で再確認という勉強方法がよろしいかと。。
